1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaidOneDollar.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by PaidOneDollar.com, a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, a Delaware Series Limited Liability Company ("the Series"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Series Entity Disclosure

PaidOneDollar.com is operated by a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, established under the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, 6 Del. C. § 18-215. Each protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC is a separate legal entity. The debts, liabilities, obligations, and expenses incurred with respect to this series are enforceable only against the assets of this series and not against the assets of Lemonberry Labs LLC generally or any other series thereof. No other series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, and no assets of Lemonberry Labs LLC itself, shall be subject to any claims arising from your use of this Service.

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that your sole recourse for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to this Service is limited exclusively to the assets of this series. You waive any right to proceed against the assets of any other series of Lemonberry Labs LLC or against Lemonberry Labs LLC itself for obligations arising from this Service.

The Certificate of Formation of Lemonberry Labs LLC filed with the Delaware Secretary of State contains the notice required by 6 Del. C. § 18-215(b) regarding the limitation on liabilities of each series. Lemonberry Labs LLC maintains separate records for each series, including separate accounting of assets, liabilities, and operations.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between this series and any other series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, or between this series and Lemonberry Labs LLC itself. No series has the authority to bind or create obligations on behalf of any other series or the parent LLC.

3. Description of Service

PaidOneDollar.com is a simple service that allows users to pay one dollar to see how many other people have also paid one dollar to use the Service.

4. Payment and Refunds

The Service charges a one-time fee of one dollar ($1.00 USD) for access. All payments are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to information about how many other users have paid one dollar.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data:

• We use Google Analytics cookies only for the purpose of analyzing website traffic and user behavior in an aggregated, anonymous format.
• We will not share your email address with any third parties.
• Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent the payment system
• Use automated methods to access the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code, are owned by PaidOneDollar.com, a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither PaidOneDollar.com (a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC), nor Lemonberry Labs LLC, nor any other series thereof, nor their respective members, managers, officers, or agents, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

In no event shall the total liability of this series to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to this series during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00 USD).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaidOneDollar.com (a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC), Lemonberry Labs LLC, any other series thereof, and their respective members, managers, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The formation, internal affairs, and liability limitations of Lemonberry Labs LLC and its series, including this series, shall be governed by the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (6 Del. C. Chapter 18), specifically the provisions relating to protected series (6 Del. C. § 18-215). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware or in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PaidOneDollar.com, a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
